I am writing to express my appreciation for the extensive work you and your crew did to design and install the interlocking stone patios, flowerbeds and front walkway of my home on Bansbridge Crescent.
I appreciated your patience as we sifted through catalogues and discussed the various options. Although I am a very fussy person with little knowledge of the landscaping business, I knew for sure that I wanted something low maintenance, beautiful, and cost effective. You helped me understand the choices and steered me in the right direction. During the summer-long project, your crew was polite and professional and your post-installation service was excellent. When I had questions about groundshifting the following spring, you responded swiftly and resolved my concerns. A few months later, you quickly responded again to my request for help in protecting the stonework as contractors came in to replace the asphalt in my driveway. From all of these events, it is very clear to me that you sincerely care about your customers, before, during and after the work is done.
It was a sad day when I recently found myself needing to move from the house to another neighbourhood that had a more favourable high school for my son. But I must tell you that the improvements you made to the property contributed to the rapid sale of my house.
I will soon be moving into my brand new home, surrounded by mud and gravel. But I look forward to the appropriate time next year, when the builder has completed the grading and the lot is ready to receive some professional design ideas. Rest assured, you will hear from me again since I look forward to working with you both again in the future.
